Marketplace error,code -9

Hello mojang,
I am encountering problems with the marketplace, it's showing that it's a marketplace error,code -9 and due to this I am unable to use marketplace etc., someone say it's a bug someone says it's problem with by account 😑,and ya i have noticed it only happens when I am trying to play minecraft offline or I am using a slow internet connection with a strong connection something seems normal but earlier in the version 1.13 or 1.14 this thing doesn't happen.

Mojang I am requesting you if it's a bug please resolve it as it is so annoying 😠😠,and if it is a account problem please tell me how to resolve it...

Down there I am attaching the screenshot of that,hope you'll see this and at the end of the 1.16 full release of the nether update,you guys will solve this problem.!!!
