I NEED THIS FEATURE SO MUCH !!!!! I want to create large jungle trees with vines hanging from their leaves. This would be so cool!!! But now i can't make this amazing thing because some dumbasses say it is not a bug!!! Even if it's not a bug, why couldn't it be a feature of MCPE ??? I was waiting 0.9.0 update expecting to create large jungle trees with vines hanging on them, to make such a beautiful landscape! So please add this feature, it will make game so much cooler!
Not sure this is a bug. Although vines can generate on leaves and hanging down in the air from them in jungle biomes, I don't think you are allowed to manually place vines on leaves in creative.

You need to know that the PC and Pocket edition are very different in many ways. If you have a suggestion, please use the mine craft forums. This is invalid
