Permanently underwater

I loaded into my world on the 1.16 Beta on the Xbox One and i went to move around and noticed i was moving really slow and also noticed that i had air bubbles above my hunger, but they weren't moving they were just staying full. Then i checked if maybe i went underwater and came back up it would resolve it and when i was underwater i could walk at a normal speed and when i went to come back up i just started going up and up and i couldn't get down, i was at about 500 y coordinate before i loaded out of the game and went back in and i was still going up. I loaded into another world completely separate from the one this occurred on and it was still happening and it makes the game completely unplayable.
