There's no such thing as tent blocks and fire arrows are not supposed to ignite blocks.
I think he means igniting TNT blocks with flaming arrows.

Confirmed on Samsung Galaxy S4 android.4.4.2. And as far as I can tell, flame arrows don't ignite anything: not flammable blocks, not mobs, not TNT, not vegetation.
Flaming arrows are only meant to ignite TNT, not flammable blocks
Fire arrows are supposed to ignite mobs
I'm on the fence with this one. Could be a bug, could work as intended if fire arrows have not yet been implemented in MCPE. We will have to leave it to the developers to tell us.
Its not a bug, because its clearly a feature that's not implemented. if it was implemented and didn't work correctly it would be. It seems very much like a comparison with PC.
Currently this could be flagged as "WAI". but who knows what future features will bring us
Works as intended. As per devs, as of 0.10.5, fire arrows igniting things has not been implemented in MCPE.
