Ghast don't spawn on magma blocks

I was messing around with the new spawn mechanics and created a ghast farm. My rates where about 15 tears and hour but then I realized I forgot to make the floor magma blocks so skeletons and enderman don't spawn it turns out I got no spawns including ghasts. I made this in the soul sand Valley
