MCPE-7887Cocoa Beans won't grow at all
Whenever I try to plant cocoa beans on a jungle tree it never grows. It just stays the same light green color.

Same problem is happening for me on Samsung Galaxy Tab 4
This is (finally) fixed after version 0.11.0 Build 13. Block was not registered as "Ticking"
