I can't log in to my Microsoft account + other related issues

Hi, I'm trying to log in to my Microsoft account on MC on Android, but it always gives me a problem. Sometimes, I can't log in, but when I'm able to, I can't access Marketplace or Add friends, even though I don't have any restrictions on my account, and other times it gives me error code -9. What is this?
