Transparent blocks can't be lit on fire

Transparent blocks like all types of trapdoors, glowstone, sea lantern, beacon, ice, powered piston, sticky piston, and glass can't be lit on fire.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place any of the blocks mentioned above
2. Try to lit the block on fire with a flint and steel

Observed Results:
The block cannot be lit on fire.

Expected Results:
The block should be lit on fire.
