Error -9 unable to access Marketplace on child account. Nintendo Switch

As described in MCPE-66579 & MCPE-62421 we too are experiencing the -9 for a child account and is unable to access marketplace (he was previously able to access marketplace last year)

We have another child account who is still able to access marketplace with no issue whatsoever.

I previously stated in my comment on MCPE-66579 that I had no problems ... but I've just realised that I have never accessed the marketplace! (I actually can't either but I don't get -9 ... but that is another issue not related to this, more important, issue!)

Both children have identical permissions on their Nintendo Online accounts. So it is strange that only one has problems and the other is fine.

Internet connectivity is NOT the issue - flipping between the child accounts is consistently showing -9 for the same child and no problems at all for the other.

I do have a 'shot in the dark' suggestion .... I am a software engineer and I did notice something about the MCID: for both child accounts ... I'm guessing that MCID is related to some marketplace identifier and both children have one but I do not (as I said, I've never accessed the marketplace successfully)

I've attached three screenshots showing of all of our MCIDs ... the child with the issue is the MCID, which I notice is a 64-bit number, with the top-bit set. Now I know this means it can be interpreted a either signed or unsigned and will either be negative or positive respectively. The child who has no problem with marketplace access has a MCID with the top-bit set to 0 - so always a positive number regardless of signed or unsigned interpretation.

As I say, just a shot in the dark if this might be significant.

Cheers,

Scott
