[MCPE-7863] Freezing bug

There is a bug which you guys said that in 0.9.3 when the games freezes for a short period for the user when someone join your game but it still happens.

This issue is related to ~~MCPE-8641~~. Please see if you could reproduce their issue and comment about it!
