I got a item that has no name and looks like a zoomed spawn egg no resource pack applied.

I was playing on my survival world exploring the nether. I reached a warped forest and I thought I could get some ender pearls by killing endermen so I started killing the after a few minutes I checked how many I got and saw this in my inventory. Also I opened blocktopograph to  know what it was and it said nether sprouts
