Mobs AI went broken when mobs try to walk through trapdoor

The bug works same just like old bug that mobs kinda think the button as the block so they just walking on the button and fall but it happen in different ways. Mobs think that trapdoor is 1.1-1.9 block and they can't jump or through the trapdoor. I noticed this bug when I playing survival Minecraft and saw zombie try to kill me but it can't because there have trapdoors in front itself.
