Error logging into Xbox account

I signed in to my account and downloaded minecraft on another phone to see if the problem was on my phone but it gave the same error, I just can't connect with microsoft because there is an xbox error

basically i bought minecraft recently and tried to connect with my xbox account and an error occurs, i put my email and password and right after an xbox error appears saying "There was an error try again or enter Xbox.com" please fix this
