Redstone Components Cannot Be Crafted Using Blackstone

When trying to craft dispensers, observers, droppers, pistons etc using black stone, it doesn't work. Black stone should be a replacement for cobblestone in these recipes(:

How to reproduce:
1. Try to craft a dropper etc using black stone in a crafting table.
2. Black stone won't work as part of the recipe, you need cobble stone.

Expected result:
Black stone should be able to be used in any recipe that would normally require cobble stone.
