Undefined item called "Nature" was dropped in a warped forest

I was flying around the new warped forest biom in the nether when I saw an item that I never saw before. The texture was a broken diamond sword and as I picked it up, it turned into something similar to sweet berries. The item is called "Nature". You can't use it and it also can't be dropped.
