its crashing

when u enable the multiplayer in the game it does not enable tried it over 20 times but still i cant enable it and whenever i try to play with wifi connection it crashes and that is so annoying cuz i want to play with my friends and i cant play wifi and cant enable the multiplayer i just cant play cuz its so boring playing alone and pls fix this problem :/
