Vines generated on trees (leaves) are destroyed when updated

In alpha build 3 if you break the top vine on any tree they will all disappear. If you break the leaf that the top vine is touching all the vines will disappear. When in creative mode trying to place vines down, you cannot place vines next to each other. The vines will disappear next to the ones you just placed down.
