Won't Let me Download RTX maps even though I meet all of the system requirements

I have 16 gigs of ram, A 9th gen core 17, and a rtx 2070 with maxq design, yet I cannot get any of the Rtx beta worlds. I'm a bit disappointed because i downloaded bedrock edition specifically for this. My intel core i7 GPU has 16 GB of ram, and my RTX 2070 has 8. Please fix!
