bug when you die and respawn

in alpha build 3 in creative or survival, you will spawn half way underground. In creative mode when you try to jump out the whole screen will turn gray and eventually you will get out. In survival you start getting hurt until you get out. This happens to me every time I die and spawn back at the original spawn point.
