Enderman pickup glitch

When an enderman picks up any item within a 1 block radius of your charectar, it gives you some odd item that doesn't even let you drop it. You have to drag it out of your inventory manually, or die, to get rid of it. It has what looks like a pale spawn egg texture but is flat.
