Skin Packs longer to load

When i tried the new skin packs it actually works but when i tried the old skin packs like mobs skin packs it really loads but it will load forever even i waited patiently for about 3 hours or 5 minutes it is still loading it will take forever to loading this is my worst nightmare ever can you fix this problem please
