Item animations are not working

1. Fire of any kind (regular or soul fire) does not animate properly.  Only displays a single static frame.
2. Enchanted items do not "glow"
3. Maps are invisible in hand and when placed in frames.
4. Item descriptions have an invisible mask around them - you can only see the text, but it's transposed against the game environment, so it appears the text is just hovering and is hard to read.
