Some sounds sound bitcrushed/low-fi.

There are sounds that really sound like lo-fi sound effects. This is mainly due to no filter being used for resampling. The following are affected:

1. Water (Because low sample rate. I attached the uncompressed high quality version. Please put it in. Pitch scaling makes it sound even worse.)
2. Thunder (As well as the explosions caused by thunder.)
3. Cave sounds.

The latter two only need a linear, cubic, or sinc filter applied. I know they are supposed to be muffled, not aliased.
