Animation on some blocks doesn't work

After I loaded my world, I do some stuffs like creating bases in my survival world and at one point, I break a block near the ocean and the water flow seems to be not moving, although it sounds the same but also other animation for fire, blocks with animation, does not really work. I hope you them in the next update
