Item box frame gone and inventory cursor is invisible

Found a recent possible bug on Minecraft bedrock edition on Xbox one. (1.16.0.60)
I have experienced something playing Minecraft today. As I loaded my world up I noticed that when hovering over a enchanted item there would normally be a outlined box so you can clearly see what said enchantments you had on said item. No I don't have that outlined box so it's very hard to see what enchants I have. Also when im in my inventory the cursor has gone invisible and can't see where it is. This also happens if I have a different texture pack either on or the standard Minecraft texture pack on.
