The inventory ui is bugged

Whenever i open up the inventory on the Minecraft Beta (1.16.0.60) the inventory functions normally until i hover over an item. When i hover over an item the box that would normally cover what it is what it does etc. doesnt show up leaving white on white text that is very hard to read.
