Beta doesn’t work on resource packs

None of the new blocks or mods load on resource packs, if a new block does naturally spawn, it looks like dirt and says “update” in green on it. The nether biomes do spawn but all the blocks are that weird “update block”. You can’t place them in creative, nor can you craft with them.
