Items picked up by mobs(such as fox and zombie) will disappear

Items picked up by mobs will disappear.

example: The fox has wheat in it's mouth, which it's spawned with, I throw the sweet berries on the ground, the fox picked up the berries, but it didn't switch the wheat with berries, instead, the berries just disappeared, and the wheat is still in fox's mouth.
