Signs and torch doesn't retain blocs anymore in 0.9.0

Before, in 0.8.0 we can place bloc on sign. Now, the block immediatly fall. Can you re-add this feature because she is very important for automated system like door wothout redstone and similar things.
Ps: There is only Bug in category so I created my issue in it.
