Coal and Charcoal Problem

So I go into a furnace and cook something with coal (2 pcs.) then I tap on charcoal and it turns into coal but when I want to take it out of the furnace my game crashes. I have to break the furnace so I could he the coal because if I try again it will crash again. Please Help!
