About FPS and game that sometimes Dont run Smoothly

Game dont run smoothly, sometimes it happens When Fighting 3-10 mobs, 

And also It happens when mining or Even moving the camera from Left To right and right to left, it has a big vibration Happening when Doing such that thing.
