When destroying block under the powered rails, game crashes.

What I expected to happen was...:
When I destroyed a block under the powered rails, it should have been dropped.

What actually happened was...:
Instead, game has crashed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put powered rails on the any block.
2. Destroy the block under the rails.
3. Game crashes.
