Inventory arrow not appearing and maps not showing bug

So maps are not showing. Not on my hand and not on item frames and whenever i want a block from the inventory's arrow not appearing as well as the background of the items name are not  appearing. Sorry if its hard to understand but ill show a picture. Second picture shows me holding a map that won't show.
