Stonecutter turning animation is not working

Please remove this bug report, this duplicates MCPE-76180

I did a search for stonecutter not knowing that other animations were broken. 

 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Minecraft Bedrock Beta 1.16.0.60 on a Windows 10 Pro PC v. 1909 Build 18363.778
2. Create world seed: Coastal Village (-1813740965); Survival Mode; Normal Difficulty; Infinite Size; world must be created on or before Beta v1.15.0.51.
3. Find stonecutter at x926 y23 z86 or x937 y18 z37
Observed Results: stonecutter turning animation is not working, see screenshots.

Expected Results: stonecutter turning animation would be observed.
