Visual Glitch

I would like to play games with friends, or just games by myself. But, whenever I join a game, a weird bug occurs. It seems like the stuff i look at is getting duplicated again and again on my screen. I tried to uninstall and reinstall Minecraft, but nothing happened. I even restarted my computer and changed accounts and nothing happened still.
