Certain blocks no longer have animations

Fire, soul fire, campfires, stonecutters, seagrass, kelp, water, lava, magma, sea lanterns, crying obsidian, warped and crimson stems, lanterns and soul lanterns, prismarine, bubbles and nether portal blocks no longer have animations.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place any of the blocks mentioned above

Observed Results:
The blocks have no animations.

Expected Results:
They should have animations.
