Saturation does not heal, and hearts do not flash with a white outline when healing

Firstly, on Java edition after you take damage and eat for, you heal for a short period of time. However, on bedrock this does not happen and it does not sped up healing. Could we see this in the parity update?

 

Secondly, on Java edition whenever you heal your hearts flash with a white outline, will this also be in the parity update?
