minecraft will not launch on xboxone. It is stuck on Syncing User Data. This occurs even when I try to login on another xboxone in my home. The issue also occurs in both standard Minecraft and Beta.

Minecraft will not launch on Xbox One. It is stuck on Syncing User Data - This may take a few moments. There is no actual error.   It just never launches.   This occurs even when I try to log in and play Minecraft on another Xbox One in my home. The issue also occurs in both standard Minecraft and Beta.  I have my own Xbox One and I purchased the game via Xbox One.  I have properly exited Minecraft and my Xbox repeatedly.  I removed Beta and tried using standard Minecraft.  I relaunched Beta.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft at least a dozen times.  It's the only game I own so there should be more than enough space on my Xbox to operate Minecraft.  Will you please fix this issue?   Thank you
