Cake Zombie Skin from 1st Birthday Skin Pack arms are broken when exiting Character Creator

I can't fully explain this but I recorded a video and taken a screenshot what I mean. This is also same for the Villager Zombie from 2nd Birthday Skin pack, and if you wave the arms are going threw the head.
