Items bar and arms disapears

The bar were the items are normally disapeared even if i delete the world make another i wont work either it started on Survival then when i deleted my creative world beacause i didnt like it i also tryed to close my computer open it back close the app open it back, didnt work either , I cannot play anyomre on suvivals and creative, please fix this quick it makes a long time i didnt play beacause of this bug
