Bought worlds taken away

  My dad, Smelly_Potato, Bought items with his new Microsoft account that he was using on his PlayStation 4. We played Walls for a bit, but than came back to see our Bedwars, SkyBlock, and Walls all locked and we payed for them and got no refund. Please fix this, as we used 20 US Dollars on this.
