Purchased skins not showing

I purchased the new star wars skins package. It showed up for a short time and no longer is showing up when I'm trying to change my skins. I then logged out and back into my account to see if that would help. It didn't help, so I purchased the Star Wars skin package again. This time it never showed up in my Minecraft profile.
