Unknown item picked up from breaking nether related blocks

It's invisible when holding and dropped on the ground. Also doesn't have any name or stats but its stackable. And don't deal any damage. If i break a block with it the broken block its invisible and if you go through the place of the block it suffecates you. link for the video
