Log in failure and World deleted

I cannot log into my Microsoft account, neither on the 1.14 hotfix nor the MCPE beta. Everytime I try to log in, it will show a spinning loading symbol, then the game will crash and restart. Sometimes if you can get to the green loading screen but it will show a spinning loading symbol forever, until you close the game. I cannot also leave the app briefly, if I go back in, the screen turns black and won't load, and sometimes even crashed my phone to the point of restarting. I have a newer phone (Motorola z4) and I got it last year so I don't see why it'd be that. My friends account works for him, and it seems a lot don't seem to have the problem, I only found the same problem years ago when a hotfix for 1.12 came out.
