Map invisible with outlines of a small part of it blinking in the corner

Dear Support,

 

I am using version 1.15.09 but don't use RTX because my nVidia card is the one that doesn't fulfill the requirements for it. The game works perfectly but has 1 single bug:

 

The map is unusable because it's practically invisible with only outlines of a small part of it blinking in the corner, ocassionally. I tried reinstalling the game and switching off/on any graphical features in the game's settings.

 

Any ideas?
