MUCH MUCH LAG

When game worlds (old and infinite) is always pulling me with lag, although it decreases the graphics to a minimum is the lag. Neither me OLD worlds are fluid.
I have a Sony Xperia Live With Walkman WT19a (single core, 512 mb RAM).
