Crimson and Warped Fungi Walls and Overgrowth

After planting crimson and warped fungi on nylium and growing them like normal fungi on mycelium, of course with bone meal, they have no limits to growth, overgrowth, etc. They grow through other blocks. Normal fungi have growth radii and do not grow if obstructed.

 

Maybe it is not a bug, but it would make the process of making houses and walls of hyphae very easy.
