Microsoft account not working.

Microsoft account will not sign in at all, I have to delete all saved data on the ps4 for the whole of the new version of minecraft to be able to sign in but once I've come off it and gone back on it won't let me sign on, and I have to do the whole process every time. 

Also, it doesn't let me know which ps4 friends are playing Minecraft in the tabs even though they're on Minecraft playing, and my servers do not work. 

 

Also, another issue without being signed into my Microsoft account I can't use anything or download and import anything from the minecraft store.
