Marketplace and emotes selector not loading

While I'm connected to the internet properly, the marketplace and the emotes selector can't seem to recognize it, leading to it not loading and showing the message: "can't connect to the Marketplace, Maybe check your internet connection?". Again, emphasis on "I'm connected properly." This issue also leads to not loading the achievements, and the character creator gets reset every time I exit the game, so every time I play I need to create a character. If screenshots are needed, let me know and I'll do them.
