Error Code 9

Hello, we have often an error message 9 when logging into Minecraft W10 version. 

it is related to our accounts of my daughters (LizFlyinUnicor and Baleine104) - it is very happening on a ramdom basis and fix a couple of minutes or hours thereafter when reloading minecraft.
